One of our favorites finds in sparkling wine! 100% Chenin Blanc from the famed Vouvray vineyards in Loire Valley. Freres Bruno and Jean-Michel Pieaux are fourth generation vignerons in the Village of Chancay in the Vallee de Vaux.

Expressive aromas of creamy lees, candied Meyer lemon, and a twist of ginger. The palate is broad with a beautiful pinpoint mousse of bubbles and biscuit lees flavors that rival Champagne. On the finish, juicy acidity, hints of apple skin, flint, and cannabis. Aged up to 2 years on lees with zero dosage this is a Brut Nature level. Outstanding value.
