The 2020 Petit Chablis comes mostly (95%) from the La Petit Preuses lieu-dit, which, unlike the rest of Petit Chablis lies on Kimmeridigian soils. The gentle nose reveals touches of white chocolate but lacks a little thrust at the moment. The palate is well-defined, clean and pure, with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus fruit and orange zest, but needs a bit more complexity on the finish.
