Halfway between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea, the Queribus Cathar castle ‘KERBUCCIO’, set on a steep cliff, overlooks the valley and the mosaic of our vineyard.  

I named this wine after a famous, crumbling castle that dominates the vineyard where these grapes are grown. My aim was to create a dense and seamless wine with flavors or black cherries and violets, with an exotic and spicy finish.
