Ruby red with purple hues. Very fresh and spicy nose. Good presence of fresh red fruits. Firm tannins, excellent acidity and very good grip on the palate. Medium in structure, with character and balanced. The best wine to accompany a flame-cooked pork rib, pasta made on a disk or a lentil stew on a rainy day. Excellent choice to drink while walking through the garden or enjoying the breeze on the balcony.
