Situated in the Grand Cru appellation of Verzenay, Christian Busin is a small grower-producer hand-crafting classic Champagnes true to Montagne de Reims terroir.

Classic assemblage rosé with a pale salmon hue, notes of red fruits, cherry stone and grapefruit evolve into vegetal (thyme), spicy (licorice), slightly aniseed notes. Along with strawberry, melon with an alluring hint of biscuit. On the palate. tension and energy, quite crispy and tasty. At the same time round, ample and lively, accompanied by a warm finish. Perfect for a celebratory toast or apéritif.
