The 2021 Petaluma Gap Pinot Noir is the most classic Pinot Noir we have crafted since the 2014. Spring flowers, licorice, cassis and raspberries mingle from the second you pop the cork. The Calera Clone aged in Francois Freres barrels gives the wine serious structure, while the Swan Clone aged in Gamba barrels provides nuanced aromatics and an incredible mid-palate. The extravagant mouthfeel and flavor profile eventually give way to an incredible finish that lingers for more than 30 seconds on the palate.
